Jews are on a completely separate level of lying and deceitfulness (Exodus, Lavon Affair, Holocaust) than the rest of the planet. Did you know that their "day of atonement" (yom kippur) is not when jews ask God to forgive them all of their many crimes? Instead it is the time when jews ask their God to bless all of the lies and treachery aimed at all non-jews that the rabbis have already planned out for the next 12 months.

I'm just glad that the fasting is rewarded in the end. Having your sins forgiven is difficult to get too, but worth it in the end.

I just couldn't do it, can't fast, can't believe in Yom Kippur, can't believe in judaism... I'm a 20 year old jew guy living in Peru and simply can't believe in religion nonsense. I'm going to the synagogue in a while and TRY to get into a spiritual mood, but i can't do it with my religion... I was born jewish but I don't feel jewish, at all... sigh.Have a good yom tov (I'm not even sure if Yom Kippur should be a yom tov or only for tshuva) and to the people fasting, hang in there..
