if you read the manga, then you know that there have been previous 'Kenpachi' (like.. 11 or something). and I mentioned Kenpachi cos I'm in theory-discussion mode :P

Hmm, interesting theory, though Isshin being the previous Kenpachi conincides with the time line a little more[and LOL WHOOPS if you don't read the manga btw o___o;;;]

I've kinda gotten the impression that Ichigo really doesn't learn any faster than most people. He's actually progressing at a normal rate and has unlocked like 1% of his power after a year or so since the show started, but with him 1% equals bankai.He just has like 900 times the raw power of everyone else. We're gonna find out that Isshin used to be King of Soul Society or something cause there's just no other explanation for that kind of power

his shikai is awesome. his shikai is almost a bankai it's so awesome, but his bankai barely does a thing.I mean with shikai he can shoot an ice dragon and manipulate the weather, but with bankai he can also...what? hit them with his ice tail?
