Error in the performing the Vakarasan, one has to hold the knee of the leg which is kept straight and flat while the other leg is as close to the buttocks as possible. The lady is very flexible and surely can do it the right way.Thanks

Yes, a lazy person is what the books of yoga tell you not to be. Discipline yourself. Set out goals to practice yoga everyday first thing in the morning. You will find it incredibly difficult to get your mind to do this. Once you do get in a routine where your not thinking about it, you will have become a person who can accomplish great things in life. Read, "the sivananda companion to yoga", or similar books that incorporate pranayama, meditation, hatha yoga, diet, and kundalini.
