hey hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my brother in law got really defined Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

It's kind of crazy seeing some of these online videos right now when I am not chubby any more - my magic pill is DietOramy fat loss plan program (search Google) - that thing really helped me to remodel my entire body, health and my entire life

Useful video recording... I have been implementing DietOramy program (saw it on google) for a little bit now and my personal gains have been completely fantastic - I spent 7 percent of my entire excess fat within 1st couple of weeks

Thank you for sharing your journey. I will be 40 in a year and a half. There are a lot of changes I'm making to prepare for 40.
