I'm actually about to buy myself a 23ft travel trailer this Sept. saving up right now for a down payment. I figured $150 / month for a payment is cheaper than $400+ for rent. I love small living. Good for me b'cuz all I do is web surfing & gaming. :D

since it is so small, it is not classified as a house and its mobile so, yes, these kinds of homes are insured as trailers or vehicles

Question....How do you insure it? Can you get home owners insurance? ....or trailer insurance. How does that work?

I've been in Dee's home. The video cannot do it justice. It isn't some crappy RV with little insulation. It's a finely hand-crafted house that happens to be on wheels. If she feels like it, she can pull it with her for vacation or whatever. And part of the point is that there is NO mortgage!
