I believe We are losers. I look back at my child life and my parents were poor and never achieved anything. Right now I still haven't achieved anything. My college friend,who is a Pharmacist, can't even get out of debt, his wife is actually getting a divorce because of debt! Right now I just bought my 3rd property because of his Guide to Real Estate Investing book. Also, thanks to the help of Nikki Nguyen my mentor/RE agent, who helped me with my first deal. ~find a mentor

You'll need a mentor. When I started out I read a lot of books and still Needed to know more. Call about 20 to 30 RE and ask them to teach you. Robert offers a book called Guide to Real Estate Investing. Helps you how to filter out the bad RE brokers, and finding the best RE broker who can show you how to do it. You'll naturally come up with your own Ideas once you get you're first deal sold!. Just need a mentor. I think you read enough books. ~find that path to financial freedom
