Can someone please tell me which Act(s) to cite when dealing with U.S. based credit agencies, banks etc? Like in the templates on the getoutofdebtfree website, what "Act" am I supposed to be citing when I question debts and collections?Thanks in advance for the help, freemen!

All capitals is your strawman. He is not real. So to offer you a credit card, they must address you in lower case because they need an administrator (the real you) to do the transaction and maintain the debts incurred by the strawman. The collateral comes from the fact that the government has your birth certificate (bond) and therefore you can accept fiat (phony money) from the banks. Remember, you are property of the government so you must pay taxes (dues) should you work.

RetSquid is a new world order attack poodle. The banksters pay them to attack and ridicule anything public that threatens to expose the ugly truths about the psychotic banksters diabolical plan. Attack poodles must not know that the banksters well kill them after their job is done, because they're traitors to their own kind. The government accepted and recorded my UCC-1 which legally separated me from my all caps name (my strawman) and made it my debtor and me its secured creditor.

Ret Squid, what do you mean all caps don't have a legal meaning? When was the last time you wrote your name in all CAPS? Have you read any exception in English Grammar books making an exception. Try reading the GPO printing office manual at ch. 9.8 and tell me what it says. Why do my bills always come in all caps when mail thats offering me a credit card or some service my name is written in reg. English grammar? Coincidense? I doubt it. You need to study a lot more.

All capital letter names have no legal meaning, it is no different from lower case names or title case names. We are not under Roman Law, so the reference is moot.

Im working two part time jobs to make ends meet. Its tough nowadays to get out of debt. If anyone here is interested in new a job because you cant get one in this crummy economy or you need a second source of passive income, I know of a new job with high prospect in the U.S.A.,Australia, etc you may be interested in. Let me know if your are interested and I'll hook you up. Im respecting company policy so if you want to know more, you have to let me know and I'll send you some info. =)
