FOR shy people: Its the same thang like the realtionship market place. If u get more valueable for a woman(f.e. more self-confident which is the most important thing women want men to be) u can get better women.

I've been working on the Personal Development stuff for a little over three years now and I still have not gotten to the work less part yet! But I hope to.I guess 32 years (18 of abuse + 10 of floundering without the tools to survive + 4 of realizing how fucked I was) is an awful lot of negative to get over in a 3+ years!
